Univ. of South Carolina (USC) football coach Steve Spurrier’s Web site was launched today by South Carolina-based Champion Communications, which is charging about $10 per month for members and “is shooting for 20,000 subscribers in the first 90 days.” Spurrier, who becomes the fourth SEC coach with a Web site, said that “more than half of the proceeds” from the site will go to USC’s athletics department.
