Berkeley, CA-based Tastebook, a site that allows users to make their own cookbooks, has raised an undisclosed investment from Conde Nast (via Mashable). In addition, Tastebook is partnering with Epicurious.com, a food website that’s part of CondeNet. Basically, the site offers a place for users to organize and discover recipes from across the web. Then, if they like, recipes can be turned into a physical book, complete with cover art and graphics. While there are other self publishing services out there, like LuLu, Tastebook’s aim is much narrower.
