MSNBC.com and NBCSports.com have entered into a multi-year deal in which NBCSports.com will become the sports content provider on MSNBC.com, a move both sites hope will drive more traffic. NBCSports.com content will be available immediately on MSNBC’s site, but a major relaunch and promotion of the partnership will occur in February just prior to the Super Bowl. Up to now, MSNBC.com handled its own sports coverage.
