CBS Radio is adding video to its local station Web sites through a partnership with AOL's Truveo, the companies announced Wednesday. As part of the deal, Truveo’s local video search engine has been integrated into 35 of the group’s Web sites, with more scheduled for launch in the coming weeks. “With the boom in online video, incorporating this complementary content on our station Web sites makes perfect sense as a way to reach this ever growing audience,” said David Goodman, president of marketing for CBS Radio. Visitors to CBS Radio Web sites can search and browse through tens of millions of videos from across the Internet, including popular content from YouTube and Dailymotion, as well as videos from major media brands such as CBS, ABC, CNBC, CNN, BBC, Disney, Fox, MTV, and NFL.com.
