The Walt Disney Internet Group announced on Tuesday that it has acquired iParenting Media, a ten-year-old online network of over 40 community sites for parents and those expecting children. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Illinois-based iParenting's mix of pro and user-generated content for families, young parents and parents-to-be in English and Spanish will be integrated into Disney's network of family websites.
