Dan Patrick, the former ESPN anchor, will make his long-awaited debut for Sports Illustrated on Thursday with the launch of DanPatrick.com on SI.com. The site will carry a live, audio simulcast of his nationally syndicated radio program, The Dan Patrick Show, which airs from 9 a.m. to noon ET. Another smart innovation: Patrick will monitor real-time fan forums on the site and inject fan comments into the show. Patrick will get his first byline in the magazine's Feb. 11 issue, which is slated to hit newsstands Feb. 6. He says SI editor Terry McDonell gave him only one suggestion for his new page. "Terry said: 'Make it dangerous. Do what you feel. When you feel it.'http://www.usatoday.com/sports/columnist/mccarthy/2008-01-29-Patriots-Brady_N.htm
