In the latest troubling sign for the U.S. economy, CBS will next month expand its effort to distract workers with its online coverage of the NCAA men's college basketball tournament.CBS will formally announce Monday that it will offer March Madness on Demand online simulcasts of its TV coverage for all 63 tournament games — the tournament's final seven weren't online last year — and that it will no longer impose any online blackouts. Previously, online users could not access games airing on their local CBS stations.
