Mark Cuban Publishes Racist Fan E-Mails Criticizing Mavs' Josh Howard In Blog

As a sports reporter in Dallas, one of the first things you learn about Mark Cuban is that any e-mail you send him might wind up on his blog. Whether you want it to happen is irrelevant. Cuban took that approach to another level Friday, when he published a litany of vitriolic e-mails on his blog from people angry, for the most part, about the dumb comments Josh Howard made about the national anthem this summer. Howard's comments became public this week when the clip appeared on YouTube. Cuban posted his initial blog at the start of the business day, but he removed it at about 5:30 p.m. About 20 minutes later, he posted another blog explaining why he removed his initial post. "As much as I felt posting my 'Thanks for the Advice on Josh Howard' post was the right thing to do, I have had an upset stomach all day because of it," he wrote on blogmaverick.com. "I thought it was important to point out the hatred and ignorance of so many who quickly judge people they have never met, based purely on sound bytes and headlines.
