MLB Partners With GGL to Create Virtual World Series Online Game Tournament

Tuesday the creation of the MLB Virtual World Series tournament. The online baseball game tournament will commence in December with a pre-season ladder competition, followed by a regular season, playoffs and finally the Virtual World Series, which will coincide with MLB opening day in April 2008. GGL said it will produce showcase events at regular intervals involving professional MLB players. The Professional Baseball Gaming League is a joint venture between GGL, Boras Marketing and Major League Baseball Advance Media.
