Yahoo has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Tensa Kft., better known as IndexTools. IndexTools offers web analytics software with a focus on delivering a “highly customizable and scalable analytics platform.” The service competes with other analytics providers as well as Google Analytics and Microsoft adCenter Analytics.
