MLBAM today began selling its previously announced MLB.com At Bat iPhone application through Apple's new App Store. MLB.com At Bat, carrying a one-time $4.99 charge, includes a variety of stats, scores, news and near-realtime video highlights. The iPhone 2.0, carrying a much lower price tag and working on a faster 3G network, goes on sale tomorrow, and has received generally positive reviews.(Eric Fisher, SportsBusiness Journal).
