Seattle MLS Team Creates Fan Networking Site for Tickets

The Sounders FC announced ticket pricing Wednesday in a creative fashion that has become a staple of the franchise. The team has created a fan networking Web site that will seat fans based on their personal interests that include everything from how they watch a game to which teams they root for in overseas leagues. Tickets range from $16-$35 per game for season tickets, with club seats priced at $39 and $75 per game. The 14,700-plus fans who submitted ticket deposits will receive an e-mail this week to start the seating process. The Sounders will use the 24,500-seat lower bowl at Qwest Field for all home matches, with the upper bowl covered to create a more intimate atmosphere.
